Back Country Vault — Return & Refund Policy

Scope
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Aureum Vibe LLC, operating as Back Country Vault. All returns, exchanges, and refund decisions are handled directly by our company.

Returns
Customers may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
•Credit will only be issued if the product is received in its original packaging and in perfect "new" condition, include the assigned RMA number, and is signed for as received by the Returns Department.
• All accessories/manuals must be included.
• Proof of purchase is required.

How to Return an Item
1. Contact us within 7 days to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
2. Package the item securely and include all required documentation.
3. Ship within 7 days using a trackable carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx).
*Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.*

4. All returned items are subjected to a 15% restock/repackaging fee unless otherwise pre-approved.

Refunds
Refunds are issued after inspection and processed to the original payment method.
• Processing time: 7–14 business days.
• Bank posting may take an additional 10–14 days.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. For change‑of‑mind exchanges, customers are responsible for all shipping and restocking costs.

Non‑Returnable Items
Custom/personalized items.

Special Situations
• Defective/Damaged: Notify us within 48 hours with photos; we will replace or refund.
• Incorrect Item: We cover return shipping and send the correct product promptly.
• Lost Shipment: We investigate with the carrier; a refund or replacement will be provided.

By purchasing from Back Country Vault, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy. This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
